Abstract Submission Guidelines for 13th TRANSMEDCON 2025
Registration and Submission
- Registration for the conference is mandatory for abstract submission.
- Use your registered email ID on the abstract submission portal.
- Abstracts must be submitted via the Submission Portal only.
- Submission via email or offline modes is not allowed.
- Only registered delegates can submit an abstract.
Submission Timeline
- Submission is now open.
- Deadline: Midnight, 15th September 2025.
Abstract Format
- Abstract title: Limited to 50 words, concise, and without abbreviations.
- Abstract content: Limited to 300 words, without graphs, tables, images, or references.
- Headings: Introduction, Aims & Objective, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Do not mention institute names or author names in the abstract body.
- Do not use prefixes/titles of authors/co-authors.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Originality and Responsibility
- The abstract should be an original work.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any conflict arising regarding plagiarism.
- 13th TRANSMEDCON 2025 is not responsible for errors in abstract submission.
Review and Notification
- The scientific committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or assign presentation types.
- Notification regarding acceptance and presentation guidelines will be sent to the corresponding author's email.
