This machine use to seal pouches for various items with a gas flushing attachment. Available in different sizes(12″ to 24″).

This machine can pack products like namkeen, tea, spices, seeds, mouth freshener, washing powder, pulses, suji, snack foods. The machine seals the top and botton of the pouch with high air pressure (pneumatically) to give airtight seal.
Filling system:linear weigher based system
Sealing System:Top and bottom is Pneumatic and the centre sealing is through mechanical rollers
Type of pouch sealing : Centre sealing / 3 side sealing
Speed : 18 to 25 pouch/min

3 Head Weigher Machine

This machine mainly use for Granule products i.e. Rice, pulses, seeds etc.

Capacity : 50gm to 5.000 kgm

Speed : 15 to 18 dump per minute.

This is a motorized model to fill paste. It is suitable to fill tubes, containers, bottles, cans etc. In the range of 10 – 50 gms or 30 to 100 gms per stroke . It can be used for paste, paints, creams, ointments, jelly and honey , adhesives, heena/ mehandi.

Speed : 12 to 15 filling per minute.

Auger Filler ( Weigh Based)

This machine can pack powders like spices powder, Milk Powder, Chemicals, Flour, Pesticides , Maida, Besan, nutrimix flour, etc . The machine comes with a pneumatic clamping system mounted on load cell to give strong bag holding with high accuracy.
